Terms of Service

The service

MagicalAgent provides a Disney vacation plan and an optional handoff to a human travel specialist. There is no fee to create the plan or request planning help. If you book through the agency, it may earn a commission from a travel supplier; your specialist will explain applicable booking terms.

AI-generated content

Vacation plans are created with AI assistance and are planning suggestions, not professional advice, confirmed reservations, or bookings. Park schedules, attraction access, dining windows, policies, events, prices, promotions, and availability change. A human specialist must verify current details before you rely on or book them. Nothing on this site quotes or guarantees prices or availability.

Not affiliated with Disney

MagicalAgent is an independent travel planning service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company. Disney park, resort, and event names are used only to describe real destinations we help you plan around.

Fair use

Please use the planner for genuine trip planning. Automated, abusive, or bulk use of the site or its AI features isn't permitted, and we may limit or block it.

Liability

The planning service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MagicalAgent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on AI-generated suggestions. Booked travel is governed by the terms of the suppliers your agent books with.
